miGut-Health research at international conferences

Prof. Andre Franke recently presented miGut-Health research at two international conferences, connecting with researchers and clinicians working in gastroenterology and inflammatory bowel disease (IBD).

At the GlycanTrigger Scientific Symposium, held in Porto on 24–25 September, Prof. Franke presented “Sister Act: Insights from miGut-Health,” sharing the latest advancements in miGut-Health research. Learn more about the GlycanTrigger project.

Earlier in September, Prof. Franke was invited by Prof. Nguyễn Công Long to present at the VIGES 2026 Congress in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Organised by the Vietnam Interventional Gastrointestinal Endoscopy Society, the 18–19 September congress brought together specialists to share developments in gastrointestinal endoscopy.
